something is seriously wrong with it. it just isn't finding things correctly. i was looking for aem cai instructions that i know redz scanned and put in. i eventually found them just by searching through his name, but a general search yielded nothing.

see for yourself. search for "Aem Install"

you get nothing, right?

look:

http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?s...ic=8752&hl=aem

i searched in the entire post and just topic titles only. didnt find it.

anyone know whats up?

I just tried it and this is why it happens.

The title is...

AEM CAI Install.

If you search for...

AEM Install, it won't find it, as CAI is in the middle of it.

I searched for...

CAI Install and it was the first post.

Maybe we need to try using some other additions to our searches. Like + and such? Let me give it a shot.

Nope.

yeah the search feature hasn't been working too great lately. It seems as if it's searching for exact matches only instead of keywords.
AEM CAI Install search criteria should yield topics with just AEM or just CAI or just INSTALL and it should be ranked by number of times those words are found (relevance).
