Basically your first "dibs" stating was posted exactly three weeks ago. Then posted exactly 10 days ago you posted again stating you were still interested and were going to have the money within a few hours.

The whole idea of placing "dibs" is all fine and well if someone was trying to sell items in the future, not when they are trying to make back some money as soon as possible.
