Evo Fusion has a new cat back exhaust that is for the 97-99 Tiburon. Since R&D was done on korean cars, we want to make sure it fits the US car, before mass advertisement. We are looking for a 97-99 Tiburon who would like this product. The deal works this way: you purchase the exhaust at full price, 318 plus shipping, and then we ship it (we have 40 in stock), after recieving it, youtest fit it, and take pictures of the install, and let us know of any o2 sensors that need to be added, etc., or if it was a perfect install. After you do that, we refund you cash 150 dollars. Of course, if it doesnt fit at all, youll get a full refund. if you are interested, email the team sr retail store at orders@teamsr.org

Well, you could email them and ask if you can get in on it.

History is history, I'd advise against it.

No offense yamaneko but we can get one cheaper than the price you are offering after the refund here in the US that we know fits!! I would love to help out as I need a catback but for one that has not even been tested here in the US I think you are asking quite a bit. This is more of a R&D sponsorship type deal and that is really expensive plus shipping from Korea cannot be cheap!! I would advise doing this (as many of other companies have done) you lower the number you are offering and either set them up as a sponsorship and give them the catback or sell it to them at cost since they are doing you a favor. That is usually how we do things in the states since we are taking faith in you, your product and our time and labor in install, testing and taking pics for your needs plus providing you with feedback. I am sure I am not alone in this line of thinking. Sorry if this seems harsh but I like to tell it like it is. :?

We are not going to start price wars on our products like many have done, much of which is ruining the market in general today. We would like to hope that our products are of top quality, and build a brand name, one that is not known just to be the "cheapest." Granted, we are a lot cheaper than some companies such as AEM, Injen, etc. however we are no where near their level. At the same time, we do not want to put ourselves in the same boat as terrible companies like obx, etc. who take companies products, and then copy them to make in china, and then turn around and completey screw up the market by whoreing them out at ridiculous prices.

We think this deal is very fair for someone who is looking for a quality cat back. Quality cat backs usually cost even more than our regular price...yet just by putting it on the car and taking a couple of pictures, we are basically offering the customer 150+ dollars. Granted, if all they care about is price, then absolutely this is not the way to go. As you say, there are plenty around being whored out at ridiculously low prices that will do them fine. We have friends who have this car who could do this testing for free, but instead of that, we wanted to first see if there was anyone interseted in this who we could hook up so that we can build more customer relationships.

I didn't know AEM and Injen made exhausts.

Neat.
