Honestly I would be the first to say the head would have probably cost that much for all the work, but without pictures, you wont get nearly what you want out of it. Second off, you will never get what you paid for something out of it. Say you paid 900$ for the crower rods, as soon as you bought them the price on them drops at least 10%. Because you are not a retailer.

I think everyone on this site should grasp this concept of a car is only worth as much as someone else is willing to spend, not as much as you have spent. Seriously dude, give it a few months and look around for a turbo for your car if thats all your missing for the whole works. Take the block and internals to the machine shop have it machined, and clearanced for your pistons and rods. Get ahold of FROZEN buy that turbo off of him for 150+shipping. Go on ebay buy a obx turbo manifold. Or if you can weld, I will get you all the flanges you need - elbows and straits. For 70$ Shipped. Send that turbo out to http://www.blaastperformance.com to get rebuilt. Get some oil lines from summitracing You will have probably 500$ more wrapped up into your project, but you you will get to use your motor that you have spent so much money collecting parts for. The choice is all yours, I dont understand why people go through a company that builds a "kit" when it still doesnt come with engine management. Because they spent maybe 1200$ for the parts in the kit and turn around and sell it as a stage 1 kit for 2k or more.

Again the choice is all yours, I would go with the searching for a turbo, and all the nesicary parts to finish your project rather than ditch it because your missing the last 10% of the project. Option A, is list prices and bite your tongue because your not going to get anywhere near what you spent for the parts and work out of it. Im going to say you spent 2400 for all the parts and such for the head. But you may only get 1500 out of it, if your lucky enough to find someone who wants to spend the money.
