Ok, this may be a little weird, but has anyone just held things things carefully in the middle, then gently hit the edge of it with a hard object (like a finger)? Makes an amazing ringing sound, much like a tuning fork, but about 10x as long! Perfect piece of machinery! I thought it was pretty cool...
