I have a brand new in the box, just opened to check it out, 40 Series Flowmaster Muffler. It is 2.25 inlet 2.25 outlet, offset/center style muffler. I have no use for this anymore, was going to do a custom catback but need some money. Selling for $80 plus shipping. Email me at redtib01@msn.com .

isnt the 40 series more for like V-8's and the 60 series is for the 4 and 6 cylinder vehicles...

the reason i ask is because i am going to be doing a custom exhaust but i want one that will sound good on my car

i have the 40 series on my elantra and it dodnt sound that good. its got a really low tone and like I swear after I put it on the car got slower like lost low end and feels sluggish overaul cause I think the thing is more restricting then a regular muffler because if you look its got all these buffer things and channels to get the sound waves to sound lower compaired to like a straight through like magnaflow. i'll sell mine to whoever wants it for $20 when i cut it off only has like 5000 miles on it. the thing with it making the car slower I cant really say is true but either way im about to cut the muffler off.
