badtib2000-You simply stated send a picture, and you would call dibs if you liked it. You never stated you actually called dibs. So, someone else did, and paid for it.

Sorry about the confusion. Badtib2000 he posted a pic after you asked. In the future state something like "Dibs pending picture review" or something like that. Not, I have dibs if I like the pics.

 

Yes, I do understand now where you are coming from. BUT I said I have dibs if in good
condition which means no cracks or anything like that.

Which it happened to be in good condition so therefore yamaha should have put me in first dibs.

I guess it got confused with what javageek was saying, I dont see how b/c I didnt say I have dibs if I like the picture.

Yeah I know what you mean.

I seen it first, called dibs first and STILL did not get to buy it.
It makes me upset but oh well.
