Fs: My 01 Turbo Tib
alright, my tib is OFFICIALLY up for grabs.. I am in need of a 4-door car and i wont have much of a use for the tib anymore. im going to get an srt4 to replace the tib. the car is in perfect running condition. it only needs an alternator and possibly a battery. both would be included in the sale. i would be sending a used alternator, and purchasing (or taking ~140$) off price for an optima battery.
Car has 67,000 miles on it as it sits.
as some of you know, the car is not down here with me in NM, it still at my parents in MI. My dad has been doing his best to jump the car (cuz batt. is drained) and move it around every few days. car starts up perfect every time.
the car has a beta II transmission with ~40k miles that was swapped in about 2000 miles ago. it has a new ACT 6 puck clutch and chromoly flywheel. it also has new spark plugs.

Also, if there is someone interested in the complete turbo kit, but not the car, and someone else is interested in the car, but not the turbo kit, we can work something out and split the two up.
The car would obviously need stock exhaust/header, IM/TB, intake, and stock FPR.
If someone bought the turbo kit for around 3000-3500, I could let the car go for around 4000-4500.

So all together would be looking at 8k? I'd like another tib, but I don't believe I could ever get that thing to pass VA inspections. Hate to see the SOCKS tib go but hopefully a tib lover gets it. FREE BUMP and post a total package price or OBO since you gave costs after a split up.

and about emissions, if you added a real muffler and a CAT convertor, the car would pass emissions because of the dual fuel rail. the car runs completely stock fuel maps until you actually hit boost. so if they test the cars under idle, it will be just like stock

seems like from what most people have said, looks like a good car to buy, but no paint is what sucks.. 1000$ refund should get the car a pretty good paint job. i paid 600$ for my paint job when the car was blue and it lasted 3 years and still looked great.

price reduced... 6500$ FIRM.. thats as low as imma go. i need at least that much to pay off my debts, and get some decent money down on the srt4..
in FAIR condition, the kbb value for just the stock car, is 6200$ with 67k miles.
