Update: Someone came by the apt and took it for a spin and wants to buy it, said he is coming back tomorrow or tuesday with the cash, so if any of you are on the fence your time is thin.

Update for me, the rest of my HVAC system went yesterday. The fans are on the furnace side so I lost A/C again.. all available funds went to replacing that half of that damn thing. The only good news is the ENTIRE thing is now brand freaking new.
