I have also realized that UPS suck for shipping stuff from US to Canada, although they are the fastest it is worth the extra wait for the money you save off of the charges. I have received stuff from USPS/Canada Post, DHL and UPS. UPS is by far the worst. Here is the summary of my customs/duties/UPS charges

I ordered an ngk wideband o2 sensor on the 20th of oct and havent gotten it yet. (he lives in pennsylvania as well.) I sent two e-mails and three messages on ebay to him and have gotten no response. I just filed a complaint with paypal today.

 

jdm motorz- horrable, i got screwed by him and so did another member on a header that he claimed got lost in shipping and when i asked him to send another he just refunded my money. the whole process took over a month and a half for him to give me nothing

 

Seller "Speedindex" has terrible customer service. I bought tail lights when they were AutoSquare, they cancelled that account later that day, the tail lights let water in, and the guys won't talk to me at all. Tried ebay, paypal, email, and phone. nothing. terrible seller. One tail light is pink when you hit the brakes too...
