I did for the GK kits, and they didnt move....

I figured once I figured out if these would work for the 00-01's, I'd come here 1st and post up about it. I might have to go the ebay route again though.

I want a set, but am always worried they'll break or not stand up to the heat of HID's.

I'll keep an eye in here, as I might get a set.

^ Do HIDs generate more heat than halogen bulbs?? I thought it was just the opposite - that would certainly make sense since they make more light while consuming less power (hence less power converts to heat).

I might also get a set, trying to make up my mind.

hids generate significantly less heat than halogen, so you would have no problem with anything melting.

HID's generate LESS Heat. The HID kits I sell use 35w and produce up to 3x's the light.
I've had these in the car for about 6 months now. They are glass, not acrylic.

I've had them in for 6 months. I have coil overs and the roads in dallas are not the best. Rough roads dont seem to affect these.

I was talking about actually twisting, squeezing them while doing the install. But road shock doesnt seem to bother them.

FWIW, I now have them on my motorcycle.

Guys, these are THE way to go for angel eyes, or devil eyes, whatever. It's a much better solution then our plastic tubes. If I had the money I'd probably be in for a set.

now that doesnt mean they wont fit, just not where ever who ever made the list measured.

radu_rd2 - I'll find out the specs for ya.</div>
You said you were going to get high resolution pictures last week. Now, if they actually look good and there is no problem with them, then I'd have no problem with saying something nice about them.

Do they fit or not? I hate to say it, but these are one of those, "They either fit or they don't." Items. You need to get better pictures. It seriously looks like they do not fit and are stuffed inside that housing at an angle and too far forward.

For now, all I can say is that you can't fit a round peg in an oval hole. If there is a problem with them, you should stop selling them. Just because you have too many of these does not mean that 1/2 way fitment is the way to get rid of them. I'm going to be really pissed off at you if you're selling items to our members which look like they kinda fit based on camera angles. Find a car that they actually work on. Respectable companies stop selling defective products and issue recalls.
