I just know that the RD1 rings are the EXACT rings as the low beam GK1 rings. Seems straight forward to me, but Fixer would be stuck with a bunch of high beam rings for the GK if he parted them out. He could always sell those extras off as RD2 high beam rings.

Here are some pictures I took last week. Do they fix EXACTLY..no. Do the work. yes. I never said they were made for the 00-01's. I said they worked. For some to be made just a little wider, it would take 25 sets orderd. Honesly, I dont see 25 members stepping up to purchase these. So these work.

I dont know exactly what pictures you want, but here is what I took....keep in mind, these are installed just to see if they would fit (which they do). From what I can tell with the high beam centered....there is maybe 2-3mm on each side, maybe of a gap.

I am an interested buyer but I want more pics. I want a pic of your setup in an RD2 low beam. All I would buy if I like what I would see is the low beams. Still enough for you to make something out of this forum but I think we all need to see these installed and a picture of them in daylight installed, a picture in the dark with them on and up close, and a picture from about 100 feet or so straight in front of the car. Maybe this sounds like a lot but if you wanna make sells pictures are what it takes. Don't waste our time with pictures of what other cars or other setups look like in other cars, were all gonna want to see that it is the lights you have and not what it could be if we bought it somewhere else.

FYI- I'm only sounding like an ass possibly because this thread is overloaded with pics that show me nothing about the final product, I'm not even sure what your trying to sell now because the first pics and the ones majik posted seem completely different and so do other devils eyes through out the web

 

Ok. Picture at 100 ft is not going to do anything for you. These are too bright to show up on a picture.

I have these installed in my Charger and installed them in a GK. I haven't installed them into my own Tiburon, since I've kind of "parked" it at my parents place and no longer have easy access to it. But you won't be diappointed by these halos. I've installed them in several cars. Any issues that have existed, the manufacture (focuztech.com) has always come through and replaced any part that broke or has had an issue. He gives a lifetime guarantee on all of his halos.

Ummm.... what else can I say. They are really good stuff.

 

There is 1 issue. Don't expect good fitment from a round CCFL in a oval headlamp assembly. These were not designed for RDs. They were designed for GKs

The pictures that Majik posted...the car on the left is a GK with the SAME rings installed. The car on the Right is Spiffy's car with the acrylic rings/led ones installed.

There is a guy in the Austin area that had these installed over the weekend. I'll see if I can get some pictures from him.

 

If you still live in the same area I may be able to stop in if you want to see if they fit an RD1. I'm not sure what all it would involve as far as checking fitments. I can take the Light assembly out easily but if we have to open it up, I'm not sure.

yup same place....1st house, I'm not leaving for a while.
