Those are Bosch injectors:

Part#0-280-150-558 - 40.0 Lb/Hr - 420.4 cc/min. - @43.5 psi - High Impedence - OEM fitment, Ford.

would these be sufficient for a turbo setup?

At 43.5psi rail pressure, 440's will safely support 250 HP at the crank (about 210whp). This is based on a .60 BSFC and a 90% maximum duty cycle.

What are your power goals?

If you want to make a little over 300whp, you're gonna want 660's.

my power goal for now is 200-250.
