To my knowledge, they are the same between AT/MT on RDs. People have swapped from auto to manual and used same driveshafts. Same splines, diameter, joints.

I can attest that they will fit. I did an auto-manual swap and reused the automatic shafts.

The AT axles are longer on (IIRC) the driver's side by ~1/4" and there is supposed to be a different type of joint inside one of the boots. No troubles going to manual with auto axles, never heard of anyone trying manual axles on an auto but I would try it before paying retail for new auto axles if I had to make that choice.
