Yeah so your only paying 149 a month. Is the car and insurace in your name currently? If so you could expect a decent drop once you get married. You can always call up your provider and have the give you your monthly or bianually cost after you move and are married. Atleast that way you would know if you definately need to sell the tib.

It is right now in my dad's name, and I know it is going to skyrocket when it is put in the name of a 22 year old. Right now, I still can't really afford the insurance with school, rent, and car payments. It looks like I might have to get something that was made in the US of A for a little while.

Well just cause you need to down grade doesnt mean you have to go that far down laugh.gif:. Anyway good luck with the sale, you will probably have better luck with selling it by posting it in your local classifieds.

I have found a ZX2 that looks like it might be an option. There is a Malibu I am looking at as well...let the flaming commence.

have you checked your new insurance rate under yourself first? I'm sure it won't be that much on your 2001, it's a 4 years old model. You can always raise your deductable if you've always been a good driver.

well that's not TOO bad, maybe you can find one with 0% interest. or multiple cars and home insurance together?
