I have 16,000 miles on this ultra sport 3 V-6 Gt 6spd leather loaded tib, After 2 weeks of driving, I had the entire car re painted and a imported shark racing wide body installed at a Well known restoration shop. This kit looks factory, all edges line up perfect with all the body lines, This took extensive body work to the kit. Some interior parts were painted with the same color, ant the seats were re covered with orange incerts, It also has the factory cd-tape player with sub, Aem cold air intake, 5Zigen 3 piece crome/gunmetal 18 in wheels, alt tails, custome modified supra spoiler. This paint job was done by Appalachian restoration, and took 9 months, All the interior was removed but the dash, and all glass was removed, so all the jams are painted, and there are no tape marks on the car, so you won’t have to worry about the paint pealing. The paint used was ALL House of Kolor, form the primer to the clear, it is 7 coats of Honey neon orange base, topped with 5 coats tangelo pearl candy, and 7 coats of clear. I paid over $20,000 for the car and $1900 for wheels, the Total amount spent on the car to date is $ 27,500.00, the kelly blue book Retail value is $17,150 And I am asking $ 18,500 obo. It's 1 year old, but has been in the shop 9 months, and all the miles were going back and forth from college. I am selling the car b/c it is my only car and i can't drive it in morgantown wv (at college) becaues of the bad roads, and no where to park (with out getting your doors banged up), and i put too much money in this to have it beat up, also i have no garage at school. I was involved in a accident where a car side swiped (Bumped) my front fender, the fender is straight, not busted up, but has some stress cracks and can easily be fixed, I have extra paint, and it might take a while for the insurance deal to work out, so I will lower the price if someone wants the car as it sits, it is not a major damage, like I said it’s just the pass side fender that needs re sanded and painted

ummm sorry your car does NOT have a 100k warranty if you sell it to someone else..

 

Yup all Hyundai warenties cut in half when transfered to the second owner. And not to mention the 100k warrenty is only on the power train,

 

It's advertised as a fully transferable warrenty and my dealer said the same, that's where i got my information from, All one has to do is register the car with hyundai

 

The dealer has misinformed you then. The only way they retain the 100k mile factory warranty is if you sell it to a family member. Anyone else it gets dropped down to 60k.

 

Terrible about the warranty. It was def. not like that before. My friends and my sister both bought RD1 Tibs 1 owner used both still hangin' on to an original 60,000 mile warranty three years ago.

A warranty is a warranty. Hyundai is just lazy and deliberatly makes these dumb rules to screw the second owner.
