You should've challenged him to an autocross (or some sort handling challenge, the SRT's weakness), it would've been easier wink1.gif

 

Well here is the deal, this guy is one of my good friends so I am not dissing on him, just stating the facts:

1. I seriously doubt that he will have the money to mod the SRT and if he does get money, the mods will be non-performance.

2. He does not know how to drive! He got his car a couple of months ago and it is the first 5 speed he has had, let alone a turbo. I raced him the other day for fun. I killed him of the line because he does not know how to launch, but as soon as his turbo spooled, he came up fast. He ended up winning by about 3 cars.

3. I have experience. I am confident with my abilities in MY car. I have gotten launches in the tib down to a science.

4. I am NOT experienced with nitrous. I have never had it / Never sprayed before.

As far as his experience goes, that can change by October.

based on what you said, you could beat him with nitrous and all the mods you spoke of before.(purely based on driving ability) thats 4 months away and thats pletny of time for him to learn to handle his car. please be sure to videotape and post it here!!. good luck
