I have size 15 feet and can easily just hit the gas and the brake at the same time. So while im braking with my right foot, I can push the clutch in with my left foot and press the gas a bit to match my RPMs to gear down while still braking smoothly. I learned it from watching the feet of racing drivers and thats how they do it.

^That's called heel-toe and it's not the same thing. But it is something that's more useful in everyday situations.

Also LFB is amazing for boosted car guys, i am no "LFB PRO" But i can do it, its a great feeling coming out of a corner WOT on the brake then remove left foot from equation and BAM InstaBoost right off the corner.

More or less i would see the Heel Toe coming into play as a more skillfull move to use than doing LFB!!!
