Can we PLEASE stop with the goddamn 15 second with a CAI talk OP?

Every freaking day on almost EVERY freaking thread.

 

will post the slip cant figure out how to do it yet. but believe it man. my car only weighs 2000 pounds and i ran this time at 3400 ft above sea lavel.

 

Our cars do not run 15's with just a CAI, period. I guess possibly if you used 100 octane and ran it awhile until the car got used to it it could be possible, but on 91 octane, with a CAI, not possible. I've never taken my car to track, but I read Car & Driver, and it was 16.something when they tested it. They are professional drivers...

Sorry bro, but that is complete BS there. I wouldn't even belive it unless you put up a VERY high quality video of your car running that.

We have a PROFESSIONAL RACER here with a TURBO'D tib that was running 13.4's for awhile, his name is DJAlkyd here on the forums, also known as Littlejohn.

Saying you got low 13's NA, is BS.

Some of us HAVE been around here for more than a day or 2.

As for slips, come on, I'll go print one out on a calculator right now that says I ran a 9.1 with just a BBTB and CAI.

as for that 13 sec NA guy, how the hell he has a 2000lbs car? there is no way he lost 600.....

it is definitely possible to hit 15s with only a cai, i did a 15.79 about 2 years ago (dweet) knows i did this, also dweet's car is definitely capable of doing more there is something definitely wrong i was one of the others who ran i and it just didnt feel right and i am more than capable of driving well. i really believe that too many people under estimate the capablility of the beta. smile.gif
