As far as I know, only European cars have used 5 valves per cylinder. A little gasket matching and the 1.8t heads flow awesomely.

I don't know though...I remember some idiot in one of my HS classes that owned a Tiburon (he does not represent all Tiburon owners, I know). He used to talk about how his car was a 20 volt...We just assumed he saw 20v and thought it meant 20 volt...or maybe it was 16 volt? I don't know. No wait, it was 24 volt because he added 2 more cylinders to his motor (after he ordered a muffler bearing and changed his blinker fluid). rolleyes.gif

mufler bearing, blinker fluid.... LMAO!

I know one guy who said he installed 4 turbines in his old Russian domestic car. I told him - he need to change a gasket between steering wheel and seat.

LOL Random, your right, those are pretty bad. So far we all can't tune right at all. I know mine is horrible, it needs to be flattened out, and I'm hitting 15:1 at 3000RPM which I need to get rid of... I don't like having the numbers up there too much. I've got the high-end tuned pretty well.

I've got an appointment June 18 I believe... hopefully I can get everything nice and pretty, and I'm running 3 more PSI now on C14... (That dyno was 20PSI, now 23 wink1.gif )

Both of my dyno's were "as delivered" by Alpine Devlopments. So much for magic of the 5th injector and the Unichip.

The one for Jaw021 was using his old Venom Nitrous kit. Kit kept kicking on, then off, then on, then off.... He had some 65 WHP swings in there, no wonder he can't keep a tranny in one peice!

One correction about the 1.8t motor: the compression ratio is acutally 9.5:1.

Anyway, I just ordered a manual boost controller, so hopefully that will help my psi stay up in the 15-17 range at higher RPMs instead of 11-12 psi. And, hopefully, fueling will still be fine. I mean, the fueling on that first dyno doesn't look too bad, it's only lean from hitting 20 psi and then it goes richer because the boost doesn't stay levelish.

Also, are those goofy looking dyno graphs of a turboed Tiburon or a Tiburon on the bottle...or both?

The first one is a Turbo tiburon (then detonation)
The second one is Venom Nitrous kit on a Tiburon (activation was bad, so kept going on/off/on/off)
the third is the same turbo tiburon as the first, different dyno, different day
