I'd go for 25% more vacation. My wife has a lot more time off than I do, and I'd much rather spend time with her than work. And I have 2 other very part-time jobs that I could do on a vacation day. 2x pay FTW!!!

Give me vacation time!!!! ....After over 20 years of ball busting 9 to 5 with only 20 vac days each year,c'mon retirement so I can do what I want when I want dammit!
