What would you rather have, a 25% increase in pay or vacation time? It'd be nice to make more $$$, but working a 4 day week instead of 5 and still getting the same pay is tempting.

I get 4.62 hrs/pay period of vacation too.

 

25% more pay is significant. I don't take all my vacation time as it is - last year I had 12 days, and had to take the last 8 days of the year b/c I hadn't used it all up. This year I have 3 weeks (15 days + 2) that I'm struggling to take before December.

 

Pay for sure.

 

It depends on the person. Some people wish they had more time to do stuff or to be with their families & friends. Other people just want more money and could care less if they have the time to spend it. Me, I personally would take the money since I work 9-5 anyway.

 

Id take more free time myself. 4 day work weeks and 3 day weekends would be awesome.

i'd take pay for sure.. its a no brainer imo.. and if i could, work 4-10s and have 3 day weekends..



if not, still having weekends free +25% pay would PWN having to retain the same pay and have another free day.

 

I get 6 hours every two weeks. . I'd take greater pay.

 

I don't use all the vacation I get . . . but the money is all already spent
