Wow, I can't believe Korea won... Once again, they got lucky with the Refs, but still played a great game.

Lets see how they do against Germany.
I'm telling you, the Korean team doesn't get tired. So far that has really helped, hopefully their winning streak can keep going... wink

Oh yeah, welcome to page 6!!

Aawwww... Korea lost. 1-0

It was a pretty good game. Germany's defence and height was a little too strong for Korea.

Korea's brilliance and lucky streak has come to a halt. It was a great game! A Brazil/Germany final looks to be a great game.

You Korean fans should be proud of your teams play considering that before this years WC, they have never won a game in the WC....EVER!

We'll see you guys in Germany in 4 years!

yea, Korea needs to train up some good shooter like Beckham and Carlos for next world cup. They did not bad in the game. They should be proud of themselves. Hope they can pickup the 3rd place.

Germany is the worst Germany team ever. I don't think they have much chance playing against Brazil.

Agreed, Korea played a spectacular game against a seasoned soccer nation like Germany! Many Kudos to them, they already proved they could make it, now they proven they can be world-class contenders too!

Here's to 2006, KOREA VICTORY!
DAE~ HAN MIN GUK! YOU'RE ON THE MAP NOW KOREA!

I was hoping S.Korea would win the WC so they'd have a reason to be giving away those '03 Tibs for free - Oh Well...

Still it was an AMAZING run at the WC, you all should be proud - my hats off you guys!

I'm not sure if this really is the worst team Germany has ever produced. They have been lucky to have had easy teams till now, and after Spain and Italy started complaining about the officiating, they got a real good ref in there. There was one or two little things I didn't like but hey we got instant replay refs do not which is the biggest complaint by Italy and Spain.

I was looking for that one amazing save by Kahn which saved Germany a goal for sure that he had to full out and stretch for. Only complaint about Kahn is that he punches the ball away too much. Then again, being known as the best goalie in football today, and having a small flaw is just like the analyst trying to find a flaw in Michael Schumachers style of driving.

Ballack and Neuville (pending meeting with FIFA) will be GREATLY missed by Deuschland but now I gotta find a good pub in downtown Toronto for Sunday morning.

Suggestions Toronto crew?

I'm guessing you'd like to cheer along with your fellow countrymen! I'm not too sure about the german areas in Toronto but you'd be more then welcome to watch the game with myself and some friends. We're going down to the Portuguese/ Brazillian area of Toronto to watch the game. (College Street). For the most part Brazillian people are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet and shouldn't give you a hard time.... even if you're wearing the German colors.....

I think.
