Government doesn't hold my hand.
You are factually incorrect. If you make less than 7 figures, you will pay MORE with a republican president. There's a reason Mitt's donors are overwhelmingly higher income. They don't have that money because they're republican, they're republican because they have money. If being republican made you wealthy, that "honey-boo-boo" chick wouldn't have a tv show.

Because The first words I typed were "According to Fox News..." Actually, iirc all of my arguments with the exception of 1 thus far have been backed by non-bias 3rd party sources.
lol yes cuz republicans only care about money right?
my life experiences have shown me that if I want to succeed, I need to do something about it and not wait for the government to hold my hand while I do it
and no one with a real job that pays taxes would ever vote democrat

In 2012 I now own 3 cars, a 4200 sq/ft house and a decent savings. According to the modern Liberal plan I should take rooms in my home and give that space away for free to bums and occupy-ist freeloaders, then take my cars and just "share" them with the "needy." My money? Well, I didn't make that. Pardon my boisterousness but I've worked hard for everything I have and never EVER accepted a government hand-out. I find it appalling that there are people out that think that the former soviet method will ever prosper in this country. It's not only insulting but it defecates on everything that the cold war sought to prevent. Do I "need" all of this? Not in the slightest, and people that know me know when my doors are open, but I'll be damned if I am going to let the pseudo-hippy culture come in and piss on my rug and claim my property. That's government endorsed theft. There was a time in my life where all I had were a few changes of clothes, my car and a mediocre retail job. I was literally without a bed for a long time, but I took that and built a business. I made something of my self and today I might not be in the upper portion of the middle class, but I do damn good for myself. Anyone with a work ethic and any level of aspiration wouldn't dare back a presidential candidate that wants to empower the "gimme" societal leeches. It's a recipe for failure and you're a damn fool if you think they want nothing more than manipulable pawns. Both sides want to control the public, but only one will allow me to grow and prosper as I see fit.
These are my life experiences and I'll be damned is anyone is every going to convince me that government handouts are the way to empower anyone to work. 4 years ago I was a mid-level manager at an IT firm. The very moment that Obama's win was confirmed, damn near the entirety of the [a certain ethnic decent I cant mention for fear of retribution] workforce in one motion got up and stormed out of our office to go party in the streets. As a whole, 70% of our workforce thought it was a good idea to break away from their jobs and go pat each other on the back in the streets, blocking traffic on a major road for several hours I might add. That was a defining moment for this presidency, a people that I see every day making 25k but driving cars you know damn well they can afford and living in $1800/mo condo that their salaries barely cover; each of them with get-rich-quick schemes or dreams of making it big in the music industry. People that, if spent their time and money properly could have easily worked their way into a 2nd level or higher career path. Instead you see the work ethic; the day that they "no longer have to worry." These are the ideals that the modern Democrat Party represents: Why work for what you can be given? Need I even add that about 10% of the people in said flash mob were illegals that got to vote anyway? Yeah, several Obama supporters, that also just happen to work on local Democrat campaigns, came into work with the "low down" on a way to vote via illicit terms. This is the way you want to see the country run? My life experiences tell me this is a gross bastardization of everything that I and many here stand for. No one told me to feel this way, I made my decision based on personal history and the actions of our current administration and (in some ways, more importantly) their supporters.
But I digress, I do believe the original challenge was to come up with a real policy of Obamas that you support, not counterattack blindly with such an obvious red herring.
