I'm a pizza delivery driver, soon to be a shelf filler because I'm moving out.
I've still got at least two more years of being a full time student before I can get a 'proper' job.

Shovel monkey for a snow removal crew (about the only "workout" I do in the winter, gives me time to think).
I also tune my friends cars, when they trust me to. (not really a job, yet, but one can dream...)

I get paid to look at porn all day. "NSFW" does not pertain to me.
Techical Title: Security Operations Technician for the Technical Assistance Center
What that really means: I work for a spam filtering company so I look at spam all day and create rules against them. I work in a NOC so I monitor ~500 servers and fix them when they break. If I can't fix it, then I have to wake someone up and yell "fire!" When I first got the job, I had to sign a waiver saying that I was okay to look at pornography.
Shift: 1pm-10pm Tues-Sat (the perfect alcoholic's shift)
Office Size: ~20 people

I'm a certified veterinary technician... pretty much an RN for animals. I used to work in a very large 500+ employee hospital network of emergency, specialty, and GP veterinary hospitals... and now I don't. As of December, I work full time at a very small emergency-only hospital doing overnights, weekends, and holidays. There are 2 Dr's that rotate shifts, 3 full time technicians (including me) and 2 or 3 part-time techs that work about 2 shifts a week. My shifts are not consistent, it changes weekly. Our open hours are Monday - Friday 8pm to 8am, Saturday 3pm to 8am (so I work either 3 to 11pm, or 4pm to 8am) and Sunday 8am to 8am (so I can work 8am to 8pm, 8pm to 8am, or a 24 hour shift). We are pretty much open 3pm Saturday to 8am Monday morning. When we are not seeing cases during our overnight shifts, we usually pull out a cot and go to sleep, lol. We have an emergency doorbell for anything that decides to come in after 2am.
As far as what I DO... x-rays, labwork, surgery, monitoring anesthesia, treatments, making up medications in pharmacy, client education, etc. I love what I do.
I also work part-time at a cat-only clinic doing surgeries and treatments on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am to 2pm, just to help me out a little bit.
And I go to college part-time. While I already have a degree in veterinary technology, I want another degree in laboratory technology, so I go to school Mondays and Wednesdays. I essentially never have a day off.
