I would bought a Mitsubishi FTO, a Mitsubishi GTO (3000GT) or a Supra.

always loved the SVX..

i would probably be driving a 97 talon TSi AWD with around a stock body, nice suspension, about 500hp, etc. but instead i got the tib, to be unique and do something people said couldnt be done.. most of the fuel to mod more comes from the 'you cant do that' attitude from people about hyundais

My first car was a ford escort (euro), so maybe a cossworth escort (2.0 turbo 4wd).
Or a Lancia Delta integrale. Those things just rule. Do brake down alot though tongue.gif .

I almost got the Celica (newer than 2000) instead of my Tiburon, but the price was a little high... Plus the Hyundai warrantee is unbeatable. I was also seriously looking at the A4, but they run on premium, and were to pricey to get tiptronic shifting.
If I had some more money than any of that, it would have been the 350Z, Mistubishi Evolution or TT.
But another reason I settled on the Tiburon or Celica was fuel mileage, over 30 is unbeatable!! All the others get worse than my mom's lincoln 02.gif (TT and Z are close...)
I do like the Subaru Forester (about the 2k model) because of headroom!! 6'9" and barely squeezing in my RD2...

but back to topic i would choose a Suburu SVX because its AWD, over 200HP, AND it has a GLASS ROOF

I also love the Subaru SVX and lament the fact that it was never offered with a manual transmission. It does not have a glass roof though, it has an unusual 'window within a window' design for the side glass. Doubt I'll ever own one though. Even the newest ones are 12 years old now.

A buddy of mine owned a SVX and i use to drive it around. Damn thing was fun.

I had a sunfire for my first car before i got my license. i owned it maybe 2 months and couldnt drive stick and was looking to trade it in. I saw a Tib driving one day and was just amazed at the styling. The next day I got one! If not the Tib I probably would have got a 3000gt or maybe a 300zx.

My Mom has a Forester, quite a roomy little SUV. Has had virtually no problems too, I think hers is a 1999. I love the headroom... me being 6'3"... I can't imagine you in a Tiburon. My head rubs against the sunroof sometimes. lmao.gif

Hence no sunroof, and having to pick it up from the opposite side of the continent! mad.gif
Whenever my brother drives it, (also 6'9" but more torso than legs) the seat is at a 45 degree angle! When he sat in one with a sunroof, the back of the seat was squished against the rear seat, and the thing was flat! lmao.gif
