what's hard is her mind is so clear and young... she wants to do everything herself, strong willed, and completely lucid. Always knows which nights I work, which nights I have class, which nights I have church... she's mentally perfect, but her body can't keep up.
We've decided we're getting married Friday night, after school all morning and work all day. Closing on the house has been moved up to Thursday. Having the Washer, Dryer, above-range Microwave, and refridgerator delivered Saturday.
There's still hope. She's at Summit Medical Center in Nashville. She has great dedicated doctors. Her Vascular doctor is speaking with Dr. Falk at Vanderbilt. Dr. Falk was the first to attempt surgery, placing a stint in somebody. He's a pioneer and knows his stuff; she may soon be transferred for him to do surgery (if they believe she can handle it). They are considering the possibility of placing a tube inside of her Aorta to take the pressure off the walls of her artery and allow the blood to flow through the tube. Very dangerous surgery, but it may be the only chance to prolong her life.
