I've had my car put on ebay several times for people to try to sell fake EBay kits.

The seller is using an image that does not belong to him or VIS. The seller could be held responsible for using your pictures, and also for using VIS' images if he is not selling for VIS.

ask VIS for sponsorship if you want... or ask them to remove the images. Your car is a great car for them to use to sell their products. If they want to use me, I'll throw a hood on my car for 'em and continue going to all of the NOPI shows and local shows I already do. VIS never seems to have anything set up at any of the shows I go to, maybe we should talk. wink1.gif I go to 6-8 shows per year with over 700 car entries

Just a progress report, I've talked with the ebay seller: racedesignz, and he's a really nice guy. He sent me a message letting me know that he'll discontinue using my image to sell the VIS kit in his auctions. He seems like a really nice guy, and I appreciate considerate sellers. Definitely someone I'd do business with based on my interactions so far.

Still working on getting a hold of VIS though... sigh.
