This was on ebay a few months ago too... I was actually kinda flattered that my car reached a high enough status that someone would want to rip off it's image. My front kit is modified to not have the front plate "tooth"... Guess I should contact the seller.

I'll email him with a link to this thread, and ask him to remove it.

yep look at the picture on ebay. you can see through the passenger window and see the snow.

 

just say you dont mind if he can hook you up with some goodies or somrhting. thats what i woudld o for sure

 

you can even see where the tree took out my passenger side corner! And my side mirrors are still folded from having the car cover on it for the winter. (took the car cover off to take the pic). The right photograph can make any car look good, eh?

So , at least he did make out it was his, but VIS are the ones in the wrong by the looks of it, i'd have a word in thier ear Phorq.

 

The seller got back to my request for him to remove the pic. He said that this is the "official VIS Racing product image, see the watermark?"... ::smacks forhead::

So I emailed VIS Racing about it, asking them to remove the image, and posted a link to this thread. It's posted on their website, so it does seem to be their bad. Haven't heard back from them yet.

On a side note, the Veilside image that they use is from a local guy here in Upstate, NY. I posted this on the local forums, and he's annoyed as well. The difference being that he has a sponsorship through them, but they denied him anything for this year. Sheistey.
