Yes, a single cylinder 35CC engine is the solution.

Actually, the true solution to saving gas is better city planning in America. It sucks.
People these days are wanting to live outside the city in rural areas. Back in older European towns, people used to live ABOVE where they worked. They lived IN the city. The inner cities are becomming depopulated and abandoned.
People have been addressing this for years. I'm sure even your own city/town council is trying to repopulate the inner city, reorganize it, and clean it up. It's just hard to fund those projects because, like I stated, people want to move OUT of the city and into the countryside when they start their families.
