How is it that both of them were not wearing their seatbelts? Thats a rare and weird coincedence. I feel completely vulnerable and naked when my belt is not on while driving. So to me, I wonder why anyone wouldn't wear one.

Dude, I was talking about that yesterday, that's EXACTLY how I feel. I don't feel safe at all without my seatbelt on.
I see it was a guy and gal, no seatbelts, hmm...
