That's because your country was already "discovered."

Albeit belated, I hope all of you had a good holiday with your family and close friends. And I hope you enjoyed your HUGE NAP after eating all that turkey! I know I did.

O.T. food for thought...there's actually a naturally-occuring hormone in turkey that induces sleepiness in humans after eating it. smile.gif

I drank a $300 bottle of Bordeux <sp> and I don't feel so good today. =-) I sure felt great last night though.

I'm late to say it, but I hope everyone that celebrates it had a good one! Too bad OU and Nebraska don't play anymore on Thanksgiving day, those were good times. Just wondering how everyone here prepares their turkey/dinner. We smoked the turkey, and it was "injected". It was VERY good, we actully have very little leftovers it was that good. smile.gif

Yeah..it's called Triptifin. There's small amounts of it in chicken too. But for the most part..you'll find it in turkey. Nature's little sleeping pill!

On one hand, it annoys me when I see threads turn all to sports. But on the other hand, there's WAY too much hockey crapola spewed around here, so it's go time baby!!!

I don't think that Leaf did a bad job Thursday...not for a newbie at least. He had some REALLY good passes and some good runs, too! Wasn't Thursday's game the first rushing TD in almost a year for the 'Boys? rolleyes.gif

There's just too much youth on the team. We used to win trophies because we had a cohesive team. Now we have a few scattered good individuals and a lot of last-round-draft players that are still relatively new. Add to that a ruthless owner that picks up a new puppet of a head coach every year, and you're bound for this kind of failure. It's just the way equilibrium works. We were really good for about five years...now we have to step back and suck for a while again. Eventually we'll be really good again.
