Hey guys, I have NO idea what kind of music any of you guys listen to, but I happen to have been in a band called Random Task, based out of the Minneapolis, MN area, for the last 5 years (started in 1999). Most would probably call us rock or punk rock, but sometimes i wonder if its either of those two.

Our latest big news was being featured on a compilation cd from a company out of Arizona. the cd was called "The Value of Reality volume III" (I think... haha i forgot already." We are still working with them a bit and a couple other companies as well.

We put our music online awhile ago so that we could show people some of it when we didnt have our demos on us, but unfortunately they only let us upload 4 songs, and the streams HIGHLY deteriorate the sound quality. They are professional recordings, but they sound... i dunno fuzzy or something. Anyway, I just remembered that Ive never really told anyone on here about it.

Our two best songs are probably "Pocket Change" and "No One Found Me," althought the others arent bad either. the beginning of the first is kinda long, wait til it breaks in. theres a pretty sweet solo at about 2:00min if you wanna wait that long haha

http://www.myspace.com/randomtask check us out and tell me what you think. but be honest, if you think we suck, go ahead and say it! haha. Just dont be too mean 02.gif Thanks!

OH YEAH!! and i play the drums! wink1.gif

Sounds pretty good...I would say that I would probably classify you as Screamo. Here is my brother's band...he is lead guitar. http://www.myspace.com/astetik

Good stuff, the best part of pocket change is the intro.
