Tae-Kwon-Do?
Ouch...
Found out today that I got my yellow belt on wednesday of last week. The Army has a program when you come over here that they get everyone their Yellow belt or their next belt up while stationed in Korea, for free.
That stuff is fun, LOTS of fun, and exciting...
Ouch.
My back hurts.
Anyone know what the standard test is for blue belt?

It varies from school to school usually. I took TKD for about 5 yrs. and got to recomended black belt (brown with a black stripe down it) but had to quit due to a back injury. I really miss that stuff. It was fun and great exercise too. frown

What happened to your back?
I love it. Never thought it would be this much fun.

I guess the constant abuse just took its toll...I really don't know, It just really hurt bad one day and nothing was broken or anything. I went to physical therapy for a while and it helped but I just haven't been back since cuz I don't want to do more physical therapy its not fun. rolleyes.gif
