Well, I didn't post this yesterday because I didn't want to jinx it, being in the Army makes you superst... Uhm... Superstic...

You think about Jinx's, luck, and such alot, and I didn't want to die, not on my 10 year anniversary.

That's right. 10 years ago yesterday, January 15th, 1993, I joined the US Army.

Damn my joints hurt...

I'm planning on getting out.

 

why get out at almost 12? What are you going to do after the Army?

Knee surgury, ankle problems, too much time ruckin.

Getting tired of the bull**** that covers every day. Don't want to put my new family thru what I went thru growing up in the Navy.

When I get out? I'm either going to get into the Border Patrol so I can use my time towards their retirement, get a job doing Survey work for DOT, or work for the Railroad like my dad. I would love to do some surveying again.

Special Ops ended my career before it started. Damn 145 LB rucks. LOL

Wouldn't mind gettin into the FBI either.
