OK. In my opinion, no one in a union should have any reason to say anything about the law. You don't have anything to worry about...but here is where my conservitive capatalist views end and turn to liberal...There are many small businesses that are going to do away with their healthcare and just let the employee buy it. there will be greedy business owners who will scre people. Obama says you can keep your healthcare...not if your employer decides to bail on you.

I live in Las Vegas... I don't know sh*t about gambling.

We know enough to assume that both are rigged.

Obama says you can keep your healthcare...not if your employer decides to bail on you.

I agree with this and am very happy with this aspect however, the fact that the government will impose heavy penalties is concerning because people cannot afford penalties nor do they make enough $ to afford "affordable" healthcare.

If the government said "hey, let's replace this gimmick of taxing social security (which is 100% BS Clinton devised) with healthcare," then I would be all for it.

I'm down!!

Impose an annual penalty of $95, or up to 1% of income, whichever is greater, on individuals who do not secure insurance; this will rise to $695, or 2.5% of income, by 2016. This is an individual limit; families have a limit of $2,085. Exemptions to the tax in cases of financial hardship or religious beliefs are permitted.

I'm ok with this... Granted I don't like the gov't telling me what to do, but I think that in this case it will be a good thing.

Honestly, if your entire argument is "the government shouldn't be able to tell me what to do" then you live on the wrong planet. I'm not a fan of being pushed around by the government either, and trust me I'm always looking for ways to get around things and cheat the system, but all in all people are up in arms about this entire bill and I just don't see it being that bad. Seriously, read this...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obama_Care

and come back with specific parts that you don't like about it.
