Okay, here is the setting, Me eating McDonalds in the passanger seat, my friend was driving my car (like a brother, only reason he drives) we are on a highway that connects a few smaller cities, at one section of the highway it pulls into a town, and the speed limit is 50km. There is a light at the begining of the town and it turned out to be red. Now you gotta picture this, a 4 lane highway that goes through a small town at 50, of course ppl speed and of course cops are everywhere. So we are sitting at this light waiting an this neon pulls up beside us, now there is this little white boy chillen with his buddies in a "pimped" neon, (here is a hint, if your not Japanese done have that writing on your car, you and no one else knows what it says.) Now i know my buddy sure aint gunna race, he just got his license back and mine is about to be suspended. So the light turns green, this guy takes off and we keep up to speed with him. Untill we hit 55km, then we stop and just continue on at that speed. This asshole thinks he is some shit, and keeps going. I am guessing he was doing about 80km, when my buddy says i sure hope he gets pulled over. About two seconds later a cop walks into the middle of the street and pulls him over, i am guessing a nice fine was givin and i laughed my ass off. Nearly shit my self laughing. The moral of the story, DONT THINK YOUR PIMP SHIT IN A NEON

 

Oh yea, I know how what you're saying. 2 weeks ago, I am sitting at a red light, in a left hand turning lane. (it is a 2 lane road, 1 lane for turning, the other not for turning).. Some educationaly challenged kid(17-18), pulls up beside me.. with 2 guys and i guess his gf.. in a 'pimped' out (as 2Bits said it) Caviler.. not the new body.. no no.. a 93-94 style.. 4 door.. Chromed hubcaps!!.. bubbling tints, the stupid bullet hole stickers.. and fuzzy dice .. FUZZY DICE.. geez!.. there were other stuff as well, but too many to dictate.

Anywho, buddio here.. starts reving (keep in mind, I am the only car beside him).. I look over, rev my motor to around 3-4g.. then rev again.. he is so happy, that someone wants to race him.. jumping around in his seat.. This will be fun i though.. Light turns green.. he stomps on the gas.. burns out.. and takes the lead.. I on the other hand, turned left at the advanced green arrow..

this kinda stuff happens ALL too often here in the states. In an area like mine (Chicagoland), if you've got an import (or domestic for that matter), and you're not OLD and wanna be cool...I guess then it's like you gotsta APC mod your car...

I'm glad I got my radar detector, because I love it when people speed past me and cut me off, only to have to slow down like immediately (if they see him...) b/c of the cop ahead. If some people would just slow down their lives, it'd settle me down! What's a few minutes more time in the car driving? eh?
