soooo....what do you do when you cant sleep?
it happens.....your body says you were too lazy that day and denies you sleep so you are forced to be active somehow.
but you are freaking tired anyway and want to go back to sleep. So, what do you do?
Lay in bed? take shots? sleeping pills? HA forum?

I've had this problem the last 4 nights. After midnight I give up and start drinking.
4-5oz. of bicardi mixed with Sprite or 3-4oz. of Chivas Regal
Benadryl is also very effective for me. One pill and I'm gone in 15 minutes.
