Time for another roadtrip for me. Yes, I'm going to MI to NYC again. So far this year, I have done these road trips:

1.MI-->NJ-->NYC-->MI

2. MI-->Canada-->NJ-->MI

3. MI-->NY-->NJ-->AL(Hyundai Plant)-->MI

4. MI-->IL-->MI

5. MI-->IN-->MI (15 times)

6. MI-->NJ-->NYC--MI (in 2 weeks)

List your road trips you've done so far this year.

Problems with Tibby: Nil

Average gas mileage(combined city and highway): 32 MPG

I helped ferry a C-172 Skylane across a Transatlantic journey to Europe.

departed Ernest A. Love Field Prescott, AZ --> Des Moines, IOWA --> Bangor, MAINE --> 2 days in Goose Bay --> Narsarsuaq, Greenland --> (diverted to Nuuk due to white out), --> Reykjavik, Iceland --> Bergen, Norway --> a little grass strip 100 miles south of Stockholm, Sweden.

Problems with the C-172: loose mixture cable, created extreme lean condition and almost an engine failure 200 feet off the ground during departure in Bergen!

average gas mileage (combined taxi and cruise): no idea, lol. but he had a 90 gallon tank fitted in Bangor, Maine which gave us approx. 11 hours flight time for our longest leg, 9.3 hours from Greenland to Iceland.

I'm all "road-tripped" out.

NJ-PA-MD-WV-PA-Oh-IN-IL-MO-AR-OK

This fall we will probably hit his father up in Tenn, so that will add Tennesee and Kentucky to the trip and take out ohio, indiana, and Illinois

I've been back and forth to long island and here at least a half a dozen times this year. Last year I traveled a lot more though.

Keith, I have a free pass (per vehicle) to the South Rim. It's crowded this time of year though.

and don't slip! [/img]
