OMG Liz I'm so sorry to hear that, at least you have another tib you can start swapping things to. You can always look to the bright side of it. If there was anything you didn't like about your black one or something you had a hard time changing it should be easier this time around. I fear for "the day" too. Although I had "the day" when my car was 6 months old. Tib was in the shop for 3 months. I think all the parts were WALKED to the states from Korea!! Three years later, and two days before my statute of limitations ran out, I agreed to an insurance settlement though. Would have been better if I would have gone to the E.R. like I should have, but I have this damn hard-headed nature. Since I had no medical expense I could not prove pain and suffering, although I still have air bag burn scars. And who the hell isn't tramatized /suffering by being involved in a collision?? I dunno. . . Dealing w/ Farmers Ins. is a B I T C H !!

Anyway, glad you're ok, and another Tib is still gonna be on the road. Definately find a way to fix those fenders!! I'm gonna need a (copied) set someday. smile.gif

I can't wait to see a mulitcoloured Frankenstein Tib or a nice new shiny coloured one in May for Cottage Fever. Hopefully you can still make it.

Not to sound like a vulture... but I have the following weekends free in the coming two months, december 18 and 25 and in Janurary the 1, 15, 22. If you need a hand, I would be more than willing to drive up and offer mine... in return, I would like to get your old steering wheel (with the exploded airbag) and perhaps the underside panal of the hatch from one of the two tibs... I definatly what the wheel... but more than that.. I want to help. It would be nice to have a hand in helping build up a show winning tib.
