You guys have got to see my friend Tim's car. Early 90's Civic hatch that he bought off of a Mexican (we know where this is going.) it's a gaudy, lime-green, rear wing spoiler, "GOT BOOST?" sticker on rear windshield, turbo whistler, bolt-on muffler, body kit.. this car's got it all. It is pure RICE.

I took these back in January I think with my friend Oscar. We laugh at rice a lot. If I had my camera ready to go all the damn time, there would be SO many more pics. Everyone around here is a ricer. They put neon kits, a wing, and ricey lights on their cars and automatically think they are the biggest, baddest people on the road. It's horrible.

And yes, he has cut his hair off since these pictures.

I dunno about the xB Toxic, it's a different crowd. They are more comparable to the mini trucking crowd I think. Personally I think that one looks great, although it appears to be a "stock special release 01" except for the rims.
