This is just a quick *teaser* for you guys.
This nifty little gadget fetches the 5 latest news post from the site, and posts them in a little window on your desktop, keeping you informed at all times laugh.gif
You do not have to be logged in, or even have your browser open for this to work, as long as you've got an internet connection.
As you can see, there is still a bit to be worked out with the code (has trouble when exclamation marks are present in the title).
Here is a quick preview:
Expect the final design/appearance to be pretty different.
EDIT: oops! forgot to mention: you will need Konfabulator. I was thinking of making a Dashboard widget for OS X, but this way both Windows and Mac users can use it. You can use Konfabultor free for a while, then it's like $20. It's worth it though for stuff like this!.

Standard Camo.
Matter of fact.
2000 points if you get it going with that skin, and a bonus 5000 if you do us up a GOOD skin for the site, with all buttons, in Camo. The current "Army" one is a bit gay.
