I found the best way to lose weight for me is to count calories. Ive lost 55 lbs in the past few months, I think since july. Well I did that because of wrestling which Im doing now. What I do is less than 500 calories for each meal then about 500 for snacks. I also will workout for about 1.5 to 3 hours a day too though.

No mate I didnt have any cacks on and it was a full spread eagle meat n two veg display affair.
