A few weeks ago I decided that I had way too much agression pent up inside of me and I needed a release (and not at work because I would have ended up getting my ass fired) so I decided to go back to martial arts.

I havent done any for about 10 years, but I used to be well handy with it. I studied gung fu which was Bruce Lee's take on Kung Fu, basically alot more agressive with alot more training.

I got to black belt when I was 12 and then serious health problems stopped me from carrying on, namely a ruptured hernia that nearly killed me.. I got back into it in my early 20's and then swapped it out for a bmx and the rode for 8 more years before an accident put me out for good.

Anyways I used to be well handy with a Katana, so I have just ordered one.

So I want my proper physique back and decide to go on a protien diet involving lots of tuna, zone perfect and xzyience bars and all kinds of supplements. And it's going great, well sorta lmao.gif

Protien rips my guts apart. In the past 3 days I have taken about 8 dumps a day and have sharted twice.

To make matters worse I have been using the bathroom so much and wiping so much that my butt is killing me lmao.gif

I figure two more days of this and Im done with it, I cant handle anymore of it for now lmao.gif

I've lost 40 lbs in 4 months doing a all protein diet monday-friday. Then i eat stuff on the weekends. It works pretty well.
