I need some help from someone with a couple photos.
Req's:
-must have digital camera able to take high resolution shots (preferably a panoramic one
-close to a beach/shoreline of some type
-preferably a beach or shoreline where you can take a photo without humans, buildings, etc.
I am in a landlocked state and can't drive 10 hours just for a photograph...
I need a specific shot for a project I'm starting for someone. A full explanation will be given when (and if) I find someone to take the shots. I've been trolling across google images for hundreds of pages but can't quite seem to find EXACTLY what I need.
The photo req's:
-must be taken at sea level (i.e. standing by the shore).
-water and beach must meet at the bottom of the photograph
-preferably a panoramic shot (or 2 or 3 sweeping shots, they can be stitched together).
The final product will be one photo enlarged to 4ft. x 1.5ft. (you can accept money or maybe I'll just make doubles and send you the enlargement laminated or something..).
Here are a couple examples that exemplify the photo req's I spoke about above;

PROS:
-the water and beach meet at the bottom of the photo, preferably at about 1/4 the distance from either edge.
CONS:
-people on the beach (can be edited out)
-preferably I would want more of what's to the right of the photo included (like a panoramic shot). If I were to use this shot, I'd need another shot panned to the right a little bit to make it look good when it's 1.5ft tall and 4 feet long.

PROS:
-perfect orientation of water meeting beach at about 1/4 from the right edge.
CONS:
-missing a few key features
-would like a more "tropical" image but not necessarily mandatory.
Let me know if anyone's interested. Figured I'd try my luck here...
Thanks in advance

from flickr...

this photo WOULD be perfect but if you right click and look at its properties you will see it is 96dpi vertical and horizontal resolution. I blew it up to 18" high by 53" long (only need 48"..) and it wasn't as crisp. It's not THAT bad, but I think I need a crisp image for what I'm doing...
So java (or anyone), if you are still up for taking photos for me...
I need one EXACTLY pictured like the one above (or 2-3 panning across to be stitched into one panoramic). It's PERFECT. The way the shoreline is oriented, color of the water, trees on the beach...
But it needs to be more like 300dpi originally.
Thanks for the help and suggestions guys.

^^that would be awesome!
The reason I need this photo is because I'm "designing" an aquarium for a local business. I'm incorporating the background into the tank and making this a little ironic/trippy. See, the photo will be continued onto the tank floor into 3D, and it's a beach... underwater.
Like so, (mock sketch)

the beach hut would be bigger (about 3/4 cubic feet) and would provide a place for the smaller fish to hide when they need to...
The palm trees would go right into the photo and hide the heater and air tubes behind them (while supporting the "mini hammock" LOL).
The corona bottles are just for shits and giggles (found some mini beer bottles and malibu rum bottles)...
and the "fake water" would be molded and died to match the picture, using that acrylic water crap old ladies use for fake bouquets (to look like water)... since I can't exactly use water, LOL.
So now you know what exactly I need, photo-wise....
I will CONSIDERABLY reward anyone who can get me this photo (the higher the resolution the higher the reward, LOL). I got extra tib parts and random cool stuff, plus I'd make you a copy of the photo for your keeping!
Thanks in advance!! smile.gif

Here's a pano that I did here in town (shrank it down to post it and it killed the image)

And as far as the image you posted, I can get you a large version of that photo, but not until tommorow. I know a little trick that can fix your image size problem. Send me an E-mail at zgedmin@yahoo.com and I'll send you that image blown up. How big would you like it?
