Paintball Gun Help
Well for 150 bucks your not going to get much of anything. But first you need to decide wether or not you want to play speedball or woods ball. My speedball gun is and ION and it is well over into a grands worth of gun and parts and its shooting like 32 balls a second and for woodsball I use a Spyder TL-X with a 16 inch barrell....Good speed with good accuracy. And no matter what your playing go ahead and spend some money on your mask cause a crappy mask will fog and you cant see shit when that happens. If you get a gun that shoots more than 17 balls a second your going to need an autohopper wich forces the balls into the barrell. But other than that you should be good.

I've played a bit. I have a sypder victor II, cheap nice gun, all I've done to it is put on a 14" barrel and I own my friends with tippman 98's. many of which are much more experienced than me.
Really for 150 you can get a good setup you can upgrade off of later. when I bought mine I got it off of a seller on ebay called pbdeals4u or something like that. got my spyder, vforce mask, and one 12 oz tank (my favorite size), hopper, and 2 pods with belt and some other accessories for like 130 shipped. the barrell was an extra 30 or 40 I think, got some quiet model, think its 32 degree's quiet riot. they make good accessories, don't know about their guns.
Then later if you get super competitive spyders are very popular to upgrade and there are tons of stuff out for them.
eventually this is going to get tippman vs. spyder because they are two very popular brands. I've used both and would choose the spyder everytime. The tippman is roughly the same price but wieghs like 3 times as much, the trigger pull is harder, and it's only a single finger pull trigger unless you upgrade it. These three things give me most of my advantage over my friends. of the 10 guys I play with 1/2 have a tippman in some form and the other have various things, the place we play at has tippman rentals. EVERYONE else wants my gun. the main advantage of a tippman over my gun is if you run out of paint you can beat them into submission with your tipmann without having to worry about it breaking.

First of all you have to know the basics, every time after you play you have to clean every thing up. I don't care which gun you buy, but if you dont take proper care of it it will end up brakeing the o-rings inside if you dont clean it up in the inside. you will eventually end up buying a cleaning kit also, they sell some kind of lubricant that comes in a drop container for the o-rings and the moving parts inside.
I recomend you cleaning all your equipment after you have played, mask, gun, etc... If you dont cleen it, the paint will end up eating your goggles on the mask. And before you play, read the instuctions on the manual, i suppose you already know that.
I used to play, and we would play with normal clothes, no protective shirts, pants and things they sell, it made it more fun, cause we would see each other grabbing our legs, arms, back, stomach, or were ever we would hit. I think it would be funner if you played like that. lmao.gif

I got a fully custom built autococker, pnematics system, actuartor rod, superfly cocking bolt, etc...with Vforce maska nd a 40 N2O tank. If your interested because I dont play anymore.
so are you offering it up for sale lol? if so...price? pics?
i actually bought one last night lmao a spyder, but i may take it back and get somethin else dependin on what i like....
this is what i got
what are some good upgrade options?!
also...i dont mind spendin more money lol but would like less than $250
Can someone help me find some good NON electric markers? from diablo, game, or other names lol
damn it, that I'm kinda pissed that I didn't see this later considering I am trying to sell my spyder fenix because i just bought a new gun. Spyder Fenix w/ blade trigger and 50 gram switch(realllly light), 16" jj ceramic barrel, stock barrel, knockout barrel set (12" to 18"), a 20 oz co2 tank, a 9 oz co2 tank, extra springs for the spyder, gravity feed hopper(not electronic) and a mask with a normal lens.
Anyway good luck with it, I just recently got back into paintball and joined my schools paintball team. It so much fun and speedball is such a rush, i highly recommend it.

how much would you sell your old setup for? and do you have pics? are those specs you just listed from your old setup?
I ask because my cousins want to buy one now after they saw and shot mine lol so if you have some old setups let me know....

yeah thats my old setup, i was looking for like 150+shipping. Since i have had the gun i have cleaned it after every match, it has never let me down, the only thing that I would suggest is getting a cheap electronic hopper(viewloader revolution) because once you learn how to walk a trigger even if this gun only goes 13 balls per second you might chop here and there with a normal hopper.
I'll try and get some pics up later, i have class in like 15 minutes so i got to get going over there.
The price is negotiable
Edit: Also i forgot to mention that i have the stock trigger and switch, Also the triggers DO NOT use springs i moded it to use repelling magnets makes for a lighter pull

just buy dafisch's, decide which pieces you like best and sell the rest to your cousins! - then own them with your superior gear.
you'll love the spyder. super light and and easy to clean, I of course clean my gun after every time I play and my sypder is much easier to clean than my bro's tippman.

hell yea, but what about the gun i bought? lol whats people opinions on that? there is no "snyper" spyder on actionvillage lol...
I have 3-4 people who would like to buy some, so if prices are right let me know! Otherwise they will just buy a cheapo setup lol. seein as they dont care bout the quality, its just bout goin out, drinkin, and shootin eachother with paintballs lol
I want a gun that is accurate lol. When we were shooting this gun, we would aim for ONE target, but each ball that came out-one would break left, then right, then right again, then hit the target, then drop. It just seemed like each ball had its own mind lol

which gun was innaccurate? that spyder with the 16" is going to be pretty accurate, it helps to have better paintballs as well.
I'm not sure which spyder you got! it looks like the sonix, but is a bit different.
