God i wish people would use their brain. (Not you batlord...the whiners and cryers that claim "cheating")
From hyundai folks...it stopped quite some time ago. However that hasn't stopped every tom-dick and harry from voting 1 for you and me, and voting "1" for the same guys on the front page as us.

If you notice, their scores have NOT gone up much since we stopped. WHY? Becuase everyone else is voting them down too.

They are simply using that as an 'excuse' to hate Hyundai. They can claim "cheater" all they want. There IS NO WAY TO CHEAT! You can only get in ONCE VOTE per Day per IP ADDRESS!!!! Unless you've got several hundered or thousand IP address stuffed up your sleeve...and bother to take the time to vote, change your IP address, then reboot, vote, change your IP address...reboot for each vote!

In regards to voting against the other cars, The DSM boys had a similar post on their board, as did ASOG.NET and VWVortex and Clubs Si! THEY WERE DOING THE EXACT SAME FRICKING THING!!!! Do a search on "online showoff" on those boards and READ!!!

We did nothing new. We did not "invent the wheel" on that site. It was going on long before our cars were posted...and it will be going on long after our cars are gone. It is the flaw in the system that allows people to vote for EACH canidate EVERY Day. The only way to fix it is to completely revamp the voting system.

So all those people can just &$@! OFF! No one who has their car up there has had the GUTS to say anything bad about my car or yours. We have gotten nothing but respect. Those damn whiner babys who claim we are cheating because Hyundai's are on top and their Integra's or whatever arent....well TOUGH! The truth of the matter is that lack of competition has kept us up there. At first, when you were the only Hyundai...you got EVERY hyundai vote. Then the votes were split 2 ways...now the votes are split about 6-7 different ways, so our scores will drop. Think about how many Civics, accords and etc there are. Their votes are being split, and that is why they are as low as they are. By being united, we succeded.

I do feel sorry for AARotary and inciviccord and Trung, becuase those are the guys people gun for and vote down. Just like they gunned for us and voted us down when we were on top.

In the end...if you wanna have a long discussion on this..try the www.onlineshowoff.com forum. It is the right/proper place for this. Not on www.teamsr.org or www.hp.com. And SuperElantra should take it there as well. I though it was funny as hell that he posted in the flame forum of HP.com, but not at the website he was whining about. rolleyes.gif

We are not on top because we are 'Cheating'...we are on top because we have rallied our team/club/friends around us. Eventually, people will tire of voting everyday, and we will drop off, just like the Maxima's...VW's...and Dodges. It is the nature of a site that has this voting style.
