The conventions only govern SOME war, at that!
Copper, not lead. If these bullets were lead coated with copper, they wouldn't do as well when the copper jacket was shed on the way through the target. They also are described as 'milled' which along with the appearance makes me think these are made from little copper slugs or rods.

Ill stick with my 230 grain hollow points. Bullet expending all its energy in the target and massive trauma instead of smaller wounds has a better chance of stopping someone drugged up/super charged on adrenaline IMO.
