This disturbs me.
1. Being lied to on who Ultratibby is/was.
2. Seeing Tim get screwed by Paypal and having his personal life all fvcked up because of this incident.
3. Almost completely losing a good source of Performance Parts.
Granted, I agree, Tim can be a real BEAR to get ahold of, and yes, it's silly, just answer the phone or your PM's and answer the questions truthfully.

At the same time though...
1. Ultratibby is on my AIM list, I'm on his, I've sent him SEVERAL messages over the past months when he's online, no answers at all.
2. I get asked questions on Kspec.'s forums about parts, instead of a quick AIM that would get answered right away.
3. PRINCETHAIN didn't want to come back and be part of our community. Princhethain was childish about the entire incident and didn't bother telling everyone the WHOLE story at the time.
So....
1. Money.
a. Get money back - 20% stocking fee, similar to MANY sites and stores.
b. Don't get money back, get kit and use.
c. B, and sell it.
2. Princethain/Ultratibby.
a. Princethain is banned. Period. Since Ultratibby now = Princethain, should he be banned? I didn't move that ban from the old site as I wasn't worried about it, but looks like maybe I should have? The IP and such? Mods, feel free to PM me your thoughts on this.
b. Princethain BEGAN being banned from Group Buys, his attitude and lack of civility about the situation got him banned, at his request.
3. Tim/Speed Factor
a. What can we do about this constant problem of folks not being able to get ahold of you? I'm not picking on anyone, but we ALL see the posts and threads about the problem. I get asked via AIM or MSN at least once a week on how to get ahold of you as you aren't answering any of the available methods.
b. Again, this makes me think about the entire issue I PM'ed to you the other day. :?
As long as we let this stuff get to us, we will have fractures in our community guys. It's a fact. Leaving this unsettled for so long is SAD for all parties involved.
You 2 need to get your act together, talk the ENTIRE thing out like adults, and come up with a solution.
I'm locking this.
