Need Some Forgiveness and Help From The Community

Well to start off make sure you read my whole post before posting up your thoughts or comments!!!!!
Well to start. About 6 months ago I was on the old forums just under a different screen name. PrinceThaine. Due to two bad decisions (which I will talk about in a sec) my screen name was banned. Since then I have tried to make everything right and am now hopeing that the community would give me another chance. And hopefully I will be able to finally explain myself. Now for what happened:
Basically I was in a VHR GB through Rick and I also had just purchased the Extreme turbo kit from Tim@ Speed-Factor. About two weeks or so later (about 4/1) I got laid off of my then current job. Without thinking about it instead of contacting both Rick and Tim and asking them if we could cancel the orders I went to paypal and filed for a refund (not 100% sure what it is called). Looking back on it I know that this was not the smartest option. But for some reason it was the first thing that pop'd into my head. I have appoligized multiple times to all parties for what was done and wish I could have changed the way it happened but by then it was too late.
Since this happened I have been able to get a new job, get into multiple GB's and such, and slowly build up a reputation for myself here. I just honestly did not like having this hanging over my head. So I am looking for the community to basically forgive and move on if possible.
Now with all that said I need your help as well.
When everything happened Rick was able to send me the full refund right away. Which helped alot in the 3 weeks without a job. But Tim on the other hand......... Well needless to say I have gotten two payments from hime. One for $500 and one for $800 and some change. The problem is that I am still owed $1800 even after six months of trying to work things out with him. And not to mention he is trying to rip me for a 20% restocking fee even after six months! I tried going through paypal but Tim assured me that the money would be sent so dumb me, I canceled the complaint (which cant be re-opened by the way). So that avenue was gone. I cant go through a credit card company since I uploaded the money to my paypal account from a checking account. So screwed that way too. I have even tried the BBB and filled a complaint (which is still open) but due to me not having his addres they are unable to do anything. Now I dont want to bring a suit against him but does anyone see any other way to handle this?
Just wanted to say thanks for your help and hopefully your understanding on everything that happened. And hopefully the mistakes that I had made can be forgiven and we can move on from there. Please post up with your comments, thoughts, or if you see a way to get my cash back that I may have just looked over (cause six months is a long time and I am way past pissed).

You screwed me and you locked up my account for over 3 months, makeing me have to stop making kits and losing 2 of my accounts, also it wasn't 2 weeks after you ordered it was 8 days.
I don't want to be a dick, but it clearly states on my site that there are no refunds. you failed to read that not my fault. But I felt sorry cause you said that you had lost your job and what not.
The credit card company took the money cause at the sametime you did the reversal you did a charge back on the credit card, which in my book looked like scammer all over it.
Like I have said in numerous convos I would refund the money, but you will fall under the 20% restocking fee as it states on my site, if your not happy with it contact me on AIM or Phone since you have it, also the BBB will side with me as that is a legal biding caontract when you order regaurdless if you read it or not.

well, you are working now and Tim still has the majority of the money? Send him the rest and get the turbo kit!
Seriously, I do understand what you went through. I have had the carpet jerked out from under me by so many bosses over the years I finally went out and bought my own carpet. By your own admission, you messed up in how you went about it.. next time, contact the parties and involved and see what they can do. We are ALL human and most of us have gone through something similar at one time or another.. so most people are undertstanding.

If you are able to afford it you should complete the purchase of the turbo kit. If anything, sell it after you get it. I am sure there are MANY people willing to pick it up from you.

Ya know that is great and all. But like evryone else here who trys to get ahold of you, you dont respond. I have called you almost every other night for the last 2 weeks and not to mention all of the PM's and IM's.
And actually, I filed the charge back through the credit card company a month after I canceled the PayPal complaint cause you said you were sending the cash.
Well Java, if Tim wasn't shafting me I would. But hell he has said he mailed me the cash TWICE!!!!!

Oh and we cant foget that now can we. Well that would be great and all except you put that up on the page AFTER I bought that thing so it kinda does not apply. Duh

Ultra, you really need to take it easy. I can understand that you're pissed, but hurling insults and accusations isn't going to help. All that's gonna do is get you banned again. I hope the two of you can act like adults and work something out.

I agree with the above, calm down, take a deep breath.... In a lot of ways you sound like my g/f when it comes to things she buys online or eBay. If it is not on the doorstep in a week.. she is flying off of the handle sending out nasty emails.

I kind of agree with Java. Get the kit man, you already paid for it and if he owes you the money he would probably honour it and let you pay the difference. This is a crappy situation. And remember we all have been having problems getting on the site too don't forget that.
